It was much better than we expected, spotlessly clean, recently redecorated , in a vibrant area 4 minutes walk to taxis, and a pleasant walk to cathedral area.Lots of reasonably priced cafes, bars and restaurants around.

Had to park some 10 minutes walk away but not a fault of the hotel.
